In general, it’s a good idea to bring pajamas, socks or slippers, a toothbrush and other toiletries, eyeglasses, a change of clothes to wear home, a list of your current medications and allergies, and entertainment such as books or magazines.

Yes, there are two ATMs on the Eskenazi Health downtown campus.

• Main floor of the Fifth Third Bank Building
• Second floor of the Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital, near the Ingram Micro Mobility Marketplace 

Overnight stays vary by unit. Please contact the unit to inquire about overnight visitors.

Dial the operator at 317.880.0000 to be connected to a patient’s room. Each patient will also have a direct telephone line you can call. Please note that patients may choose not to have information related to their stay made available.

If you have billing questions, please call Eskenazi Health Customer Service at 317.880.4055, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you would like to pay over the phone with a credit card, please call 1.866.684.9354. You can also pay through Eskenazi Health MyChart or in person at the Eskenazi Health Cashier Office, located on the first floor of the Sandra Eskenazi Outpatient Care Center. It is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

There is a phone at the main information desk that is free for patients and visitors to use. The main information desk is located in the Eli Lilly and Company Foundation Concourse on the first floor of the Sandra Eskenazi Outpatient Care Center.
