Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center invites mental health professionals to attend the next virtual educational speaker series on Thursday, Nov. 12 from 4 – 5 p.m. Beth Kreitl, co-founder and executive director of We Bloom, will present, “Building Recovery Capital in Long-Term Recovery.”
This training explores recovery capital – the personal, social, and community resources that help people build and sustain long-term recovery. Through stories and practical examples, participants will consider how connection, belonging, purpose and trauma recovery contribute to a holistic understanding of healing. Dual-diagnosis providers will explore how to integrate this perspective into their roles, helping individuals strengthen recovery supports alongside treatment for mental health and substance use challenges.
Interested participants can register using the registration page. You will receive a Webex invite via email to access the event. Please note, if you have attended a Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center Speaker Series event in the past, you do not need to re-register. You will receive an invite to the upcoming session.
Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center’s monthly speaker series is free to attend. Eligible participants (LMHC, LMFT and LCSW) have the opportunity to earn CEUs by attending the presentation.
